How it works?
1. You record your voicemail message: This can be added directly on the phone, or a recording from you or your client can be loaded on using the provided USB cable & a PC/LAPTOP/TABLET. Perfect for both the hire market and for those who want to buy their own for their own events.
The voicemail will play out loud once recorded: The voicemail message can be overwritten and replaced as many times as required. The Audio Guest Books can be used repeatedly with no limits.
2.Your guests pick up the handset, listen to your recorded message and start speaking after the beep.
3. Return the handset and the message will be saved.
4. Retrieve all the recordings (We will supply a handbook on how to compile these, But it is very simple. Our guide will walk through all the methods of giving these to the clients, offering options to upsell and improve on your profit.

•What computer system can i use?
The phones are only compatible with *WINDOWS*
connecting your phone with a MAC or Apple Computer will affect the phone. Please do not connect to an apple device as it will invalidate warranty. An SD card reader can only be used to be able to use the phones with Apple Computers.
• How long does the battery last?
72 Hours constant use – 240 Hours Standby – But they can remain plugged into a battery pack or USB Plug (Low Volt USB Under 10V)
• Do I own the phone?
You fully will own the phone for life. This is not a rental service. You own the phone and life time support from us.
• How do I retrieve my recordings?
Simply plug the phone into any windows tablet, pc, laptop and the folder containing the files will popup automatically. (Think USB Pen Drive) The files can then be transferred off the phone to start again with a fresh phone.
• Can the phone be used worldwide?
OF COURSE! Our phones are not limited to any country or language! They can be used anywhere or by anyone! (Please note our manual is written in English. We can provide other languages on request)

• Is it easy for guests to use?
Yes all the guests have to do is pickup the phone and the pre recorded voicemail will play: after the beep they can then record their own message.
• How long can a guests recording be?
There is no limit to how long the pre recorded message is nor a limit on how long the guests messages can be.
• How many messages can the phone hold?
Roughly 1 minute message will use 1MB Space. This equals to 8000 1 minute messages without ever needing to clear the phone: Our Tip.. After each event start the phone fresh and backup all the messages. This will help with organising all the messages.
• What does the warranty cover?
Everything except accidental damage.
• Can you covert my own phone?
Because we can’t be sure that a phone will work with our system until it’s been tested by us, it is not viable for us to offer a conversation service, We do however have 12 Different types of phones and our styles are ever increasing.
